Rachael Draper currently serves as the Graduate Program Administrator for the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics in the School of Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Rachael has over a decade of higher education experience holding positions at a few institutions in the Greater Boston area in academic administration, admissions, registrar, graduate student services and enrollment management. Rachael holds a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University, a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
Rachael recently participated in the 2024 cohort NAGAP Leadership Academy where she presented her experience with Slate implementation with MIT at the annual summit. In her free time, she is an avid bookworm and amateur runner.
