Liz van Luling is the founder of LvL Aligned Consulting where she partners with higher education offices, individual professionals, and college-bound students to bring clarity, balance, and alignment when navigating key moments in the student and professional lifecycle. With more than a decade of progressive experience in college admissions, Liz has served in leadership roles across a variety of institutions—including single-gender, religiously affiliated, and niche direct-entry programs—overseeing recruitment, exploring application strategy, and strengthening team development. Earlier in her career, she worked in communications and public relations, helping clients around the world share their stories in meaningful ways She earned a B.A. in Communication, Media & Cultural Studies from Emmanuel College and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership with an HR concentration from Quinnipiac University. Liz brings to the HENC board a passion for connecting professionals with new voices to expand their network, creating spaces to break down silos and share knowledge across professional functions, and driving ways for professionals to connect their passions with tangible pathways.
