Michele Rosenthal currently serves as the Associate Director of Academic Operations in the School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs and Part-time lecturer at Northeastern University. In this role, Michele provides leadership and coordination of student services and academic support and manages processes related to academic initiatives and outcomes. Michele has a wealth of expertise and experience in higher education. Most recently she served as the Director of Academic Advising and Learner Success in the College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University in Boston and across the global network. Throughout her career, Michele has created and improved administrative processes, enhanced staff retention, created professional development pathways, supervised and supported staff members, collaborated and worked closely with faculty. Previously, Michele has held positions of administrative leadership in academic and student services roles at Mount Holyoke College, Brandeis University, Babson College, the Colleges of the Fenway Consortium, and Suffolk University. From roles ranging from Director of Residential Life to Academic Dean, Michele has always worked closely with students, faculty, administrators, and staff.
